Highly respected as a company secretary and governance executive, Logan has over 23 years of experience in Board matters, having coached and effectively supported Senior Executives and Directors in Australia, Asia, India, Europe, the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, the United Kingdom and Americas.

Throughout his career, Logan has helped numerous companies and organisations to review, improve and re-shape their governance structures, processes and controls based on a risk and reward approach. He has achieved successful outcomes in small, medium, large and multinational companies (both public and private), including global brands such as BP, Visy, BHP, Australia Post, StarTrack, POLi Payments and SecurePay whilst working in collaboration with business leaders, subject matter experts, group leaders and regulators.
